1. Who we are

This website is operated by Verisoftic (Pvt) Ltd (“Verisoftic”). By using it, you accept these terms.

2. Website content

Content is provided for general information about our services and products. While we keep it accurate, it does not constitute a binding offer; engagements are governed by signed proposals and contracts.

3. Intellectual property

The Verisoftic name, logo, website design and content are our property. Product names (SchoolPRO, DentalPRO, salePRO, CricPRO, GymPRO) identify Verisoftic products. You may not reproduce our content commercially without permission.

4. Client engagements

• Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined per signed proposal.
• Unless a proposal says otherwise, custom-built source code is assigned to the client on full payment; Verisoftic retains rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries and products.
• Subscription products are licensed, not sold, for the subscription term.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorised access, scraping at scale, or transmitting malicious code.

6. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Verisoftic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Liability under service contracts is defined in those contracts.
